Princeton Students Brief Hill Staff on Hazards Poster
On April 25th, students from Princeton University held a briefing for the Congressional Natural Hazards Caucus and the House Science Committee on the vulnerability of the United States to natural disasters. The focus of the briefing was the presentation of a poster that the students generated for the Natural Hazards Caucus as part of an undergraduate course. The poster was also presented at the Spring 2002 meeting of the American Geophysical Union held in Washington DC in late May. A small PDF version of the poster is available for download . An article on the briefing appeared in the June 2002 issue of Geotimes.
